Important

Wachr is a monitoring product for advertising accounts. By creating an account, connecting a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service scope

Wachr provides always-on monitoring for connected advertising accounts and notifies workspace users when configured alert conditions are triggered, escalated, or resolved.

Wachr is not an advertising platform, agency, broker, campaign manager, or managed service. Wachr depends on third-party services, APIs, and platform availability, including Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Slack, email providers, authentication providers, hosting infrastructure, and payment infrastructure.

2. Accounts, workspaces, and authority

You may only use Wachr if you are authorized to create the account, access the connected advertising accounts, and manage the workspace on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Each workspace is responsible for:

  • the accuracy of workspace members and roles
  • the advertising accounts connected to the workspace
  • the notification channels configured in the workspace
  • all activity performed through that workspace

You must not connect or monitor any account, destination, or data source you are not authorized to use.

3. Beta access, future billing, and refunds

Wachr is currently available as an open beta product. During this phase, access may be granted without payment while the product remains under active rollout.

During open beta, Wachr may apply Founder-style product limits and features to all eligible workspaces by default. Billing may be introduced or re-enabled later as the product moves beyond beta.

  • No payment is required while billing is disabled for open beta.
  • If paid billing is activated later, only the workspace owner may manage checkout or billing actions.
  • When billing is active, Polar may act as the merchant of record for subscription purchases and payment methods.

If billing is re-enabled later, pricing, refund handling, and any applicable billing terms will be published inside the product and on the public site at that time.

4. Third-party platform terms

When you connect external services to Wachr, you remain subject to the separate terms, policies, and eligibility requirements of those services.

  • Google Ads API terms and Google API Services requirements
  • TikTok Ads and TikTok for Developers terms and policies
  • Meta platform terms where Meta access is enabled for private beta workspaces
  • Slack terms for connected notification destinations

Wachr does not grant you any rights to use those third-party platforms beyond the rights those providers grant directly to you.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Wachr to:

  • access or monitor accounts without authorization
  • abuse platform APIs, authentication flows, or notification channels
  • interfere with or disrupt Wachr infrastructure or third-party services
  • attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, or bypass service protections
  • use Wachr in violation of law, platform policy, or contractual restrictions

6. Suspension and termination

Wachr may suspend, limit, or terminate access to a workspace or account when needed to protect the product, comply with law, respond to platform restrictions, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms.

You may also stop using the service by disconnecting platforms, canceling the subscription, or deleting the account according to the workflows currently available in the product.

7. Service disclaimers

Wachr is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uninterrupted third-party API availability, or that every incident will be detected or delivered in real time. Monitoring accuracy and delivery may be affected by external provider latency, outages, permissions, account state, or configuration issues outside Wachr’s control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wachr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, campaign losses, or business interruption arising out of or related to the use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wachr’s total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by the affected workspace to Wachr during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montevideo, Uruguay, without regard to conflict of law principles.
